I'm Cecilia, a licensed Registered Social Worker/ Psychotherapist with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I have 15 + years of experience as a mental health clinician supporting adolescents and adults working through stress, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and trauma amongst other issues and concerns.
I'm Perinatal mental health (PMH-C) certified and specialize in pre-/postnatal therapy for expecting mothers/families who recently received a cleft diagnosis. I am passionate about supporting families who may struggle with the emotional and psychosocial impacts of a cleft condition spanning prenatal care through adolescence.
Outside my private practice, I work with Telus Health, providing online and in-person counselling for adolescents, adults, couples, and families with various issues.

I offer online counselling across Ontario to individuals who experience stress, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, post-trauma, self-esteem, relationship issues and/or perinatal mental health.
My practice offers a warm, safe, empathetic, and individualized approach to treatment that supports you in sharing your story, processing your emotions, uncovering strengths, and finding solutions to the challenges you are facing. My approach to psychotherapy is based on techniques rooted in Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused therapy (SFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). With more than 10 years of counselling experience, I have helped individuals develop tools to reduce stress, ease worries, enhance coping, build confidence, and improve relationships and overall well-being.
