Wholeness Glow Counselling is committed to safeguarding your personal information and protecting your privacy. Please take a few minutes to read the following privacy policy. Wholeness Glow is integrated with Jane (a secure client management system). Jane is encrypted and PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act) Compliant. Jane allows clients and therapists access the app and web-based platform for online video, file sharing, booking/cancelling (in-person & online appointments) and payment. Payments can be made by credit card or e-transfer, with receipts issued through Jane. Session notes are done electronically using the Jane platform client. Counselling / Psychotherapy clients are provided with a disclosure of confidentiality limits, service risks, and cancellation fees, to make an informed consent to service before they generate their Jane login. Clients with concerns about using the Jane platform are welcome to inquire for more information. Consent forms note the limitations of confidentiality, per the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
